WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments with credit card, paypal, by direct bank transfer or invoice. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER & WHEN WILL I GET IT?
Depending on your location we ship orders either from Morocco with DHL or from Switzerland with the Swiss Post and our partner Züriwerk by bicycle courier or the handcart.

For orders shipped from Morocco to the European Union, the US or the Rest of the world, you can track your order with the tracking number that you receive after the purchase in your confirmation email using either our order tracker or directly on the website of DHL.

Orders placed on our website are processed once a week and we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. Once dispatched you should receive your items within 7 – 10 days.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping in Switzerland and Morocco. Shipments to Europe and the USA cost 30 EUR, USD or CHF. Shipments to other countries cost 70 EUR, USD or CHF.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
You have to pay local VAT as well as import taxes and duty fees in some cases. We are making use of Free Trade agreements where they exist in. Shipping costs do not include any duties or taxes and we do not have any control over customs once the shipment has left. WHAT WARRANTY DO I GET FOR MY NASIRE PRODUCT?
nasire products are made to last. If you have any damage on your product please contact us anytime and we will find a solution to fix or replace it. Please respect that leather is a natural material and it changes over time, developing a beautiful patina.
